Based in Newcastle NSW , the Governance Officer works closely with the Chair, Board and Executive Team to support effective governance, operational excellence and smooth administration of Board and Committee functions.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years' governance experience, solid attention to detail, and high-level written and computer skills.
