Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join its national Returns Logistics team based at Sydney Olympic Park.
This is an exciting chance to play a key role in managing the end-to-end returns process for finished goods and spare parts, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while driving operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage Return Authority (RA) requests from creation through to warehouse receipt and closure.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to facilitate collections, deliveries and exchanges.
Monitor returns, resolve aged cases and manage escalations proactively.
Reconcile logistics reports, identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
Review and validate 3PL invoices while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.




Prepare reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise reverse logistics operations.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar operations role.
Experience using SAP and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and IF formulas.
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.
A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.
