What You Will be Doing
As a trusted advisor to operational leaders, you'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver practical people solutions that support business performance.
Partnering with leaders to strengthen capability and improve team performance
Coaching managers through performance, conduct, employee relations and workplace investigations
Providing expert advice on employment legislation, awards and organisational policies
Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives
Building leadership capability through coaching, feedback and contemporary people practices
Using workforce data and insights to identify trends and improve decision-making
Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and organisational culture
Contributing to continuous improvement across People & Performance programs and practices

About You
You're an experienced HR skilled who enjoys working alongside leaders to solve problems, build capability and create positive workplace experiences.
You'll Bring
Experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a complex operational environment
Robust employee relations experience, including performance management, investigations and case management
Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing decision-making
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments and HR best practice
Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning
