The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Bavarian Tuggerah.
You'll work alongside a passionate team to deliver consistently high-quality food in a quick-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking menu items to company standards
Running your section with confidence during busy service periods
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Contributing to a positive, team-focused culture




What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a busy restaurant or pub
Robust knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
A calm, organised approach under pressure
Passion for quality food and consistency
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
