We are looking for a commercially minded, seasoned
Retail Property Finance Asset Manager
to join our portfolio team.
Sitting at the intersection of retail economics, asset management, and investment strategy, this senior role offers direct exposure to a high-quality, multi-asset retail portfolio. You won't just look backward, you will actively drive financial performance, governance, and long-term asset value. By partnering closely with our Asset Management, Development, Leasing, and Treasury teams, you will turn operational retail metrics such as occupancy costs, tenant incentives, and lease structures into the forward-looking insights that shape critical investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning across a multi-asset portfolio
Provide commercial insights to support leasing strategies, capital deployment, and development decisions
Build and manage portfolio-level financial models (NOI, capex, returns, scenario analysis)
Analyse key performance drivers including occupancy, incentives, reversion, and asset performance trends
Partner closely with Asset, Leasing, Development, and Operations teams to guide decision-making
Support investment decisions, including acquisitions, divestments, and repositioning initiatives
Ensure robust financial governance, reporting standards, and compliance
Provide senior mentorship and commercial guidance to portfolio business analysts, elevating their analytical capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
About you:
Solid experience in retail property with deep understanding of asset-level financial modelling and portfolio performance metrics
Proven ability to translate data into transparent, commercial actionable insights
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence outcomes
Exposure to capital investment analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling
A collaborative approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
