The Art House is a performing arts centre on the Central Coast of NSW. We are seeking casual Front of House Duty Managers to work across evenings and weekends.
The Front of House Duty Manager is responsible for delivering high standards in welcoming, hosting and serving all visitors to The Art House. During a performance/event, the Front of House Duty Manager will lead the casual Front of House staff which includes bar staff, box office staff, ushers and merchandise sellers to ensure outstanding customer service outcomes, and the health and safety of audiences and staff in the venue. The Front of House Duty Manager is the senior customer service contact during a performance/event. The position is on a versatile 7-day casual roster.




Additional hours are available by bring being part of the general front of house team.
Emphasis is placed on applicants with solid customer service, supervisor and bar experience.
