You will implement a Safety Management System and drive the journey toward ISO * certification within the first year, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and collaborating with the director group.
You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training, ensuring compliance with ACT WHS laws and a genuine people-first safety culture on the floor.
