Auto & General (A&G;) is seeking a Desktop Assessor to join our Lidcombe team in NSW.
You will manage end-to-end claims, establish the cause of damage and determine repair scope and cost for insured properties while delivering excellent customer service.
You will conduct desktop assessments, produce reports, review scopes and expert reports, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, timely repairs and KPI adherence.
This role is based full time at our Lidcombe office.
