HR Truck Driver / Excavator Operator - Civil Construction (Temp to Perm)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experiencedmulti-skilled civil operatorto join a busy and well-established construction company working acrosscivil infrastructure, pier installations, earthworks, and site development projects.
This is not a driving-only role, you must be confident operating anexcavator on active civil sites, as well as safely transporting materials between locations using a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck.
This is ahands-on, site-based rolerequiring strong construction experience and machine competency.
Key Responsibilities
Secure operation ofHR truck for material transport to and from sites
Confident operation ofexcavator on civil construction sites
Assisting withpier installations, earthworks, and general civil construction tasks
Working closely with site supervisors and crews to complete daily scopes
Following all site safety procedures and compliance requirements
Supporting multiple aspects of civil construction projects as required
Must Have
ValidHR Heavy Rigid Licence
Excavator operating experience
Previous experience working incivil construction / earthworks / infrastructure projects
Ability to work confidently in afast-paced construction environment
Solid understanding ofsite safety and machinery operation
Highly Regarded Experience
Pier installation experience
Drainage, excavation, or foundation work
Multi-machine tickets (bobcat, loader etc.)
