The Lorian Group is seeking an experienced PQS in Brisbane for a traditional role with a balanced mix of pre and post-contract duties.
You will prepare cost plans, Bills of Quantities, tender documents, and analyses, and provide procurement and contract administration support.
The position is client-facing and involves regular site inspections for valuations.
The role is aimed at someone with 3–6 years' PQS experience, ideally from a similar consultancy, with potential SE Queensland regional
