A Member focused bowls club is seeking a casual chef/experience cook to work between *hrs per week.
We offer Breakfast buffet and a la carte dinning with functions as well.
The kitchen offers Tuesday & Friday members specials all at Chefs creative freedom.
Responsibilities
Manage a small team to get the most from everyone.
Stock Control
Monthly stock takes
Executing menus for large group functions
Working closely with Manager
Must be able to run a kitchen independently & with the team
