Focused leadership will drive person-centred care, with a hands-on approach and adaptable days to meet service needs.
Lead a small team, coordinate rosters, budgets, and care plans, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards while advocating for participants and families.
This role requires solid communication and incident response capabilities.
