Showroom Manager
to lead our Wetherill Park showroom. This is an exciting chance for a motivated retail leader who is passionate about sales, customer experience, interiors, and team development.

About the Role
As Showroom Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day showroom operations. You will lead and motivate the sales team, drive showroom sales,



deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the showroom always reflects the Luxo Living brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands‐on, customer‐focused, commercially minded, and confident in managing both people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales team
Drive monthly sales, profitability, and conversion targets
Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry through to purchase
Maintain premium showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
Recruit, train, and develop showroom team members
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales performance
