You will lead planning, implementation and ongoing optimisation of the HRIS, collaborating with People, Payroll, IT and external partners to maximise system value and user adoption.
You will bring HRIS experience (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors), a degree in HR, robust data analytics and stakeholder management.
