About the Role
As a
Registered Nurse / Educator
, you'll work across two key areas:
Clinical Care
: Support participants with complex needs, review and update care plans, and provide hands‐on clinical expertise.
Education & Training
: Build and deliver practical training programs (including Train-the-Trainer)



to strengthen the skills of our Support Workers and RN team.
About You
Current
AHPRA registration (RN)
Experience delivering
High Intensity Supports
in disability or clinical settings
Strong background in
nursing education and hands‐on training
Ability to translate care plans into easy‐to‐follow training materials
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Flexible and willing to travel to sites across NSW
