This position plays a critical role in protecting personnel, assets, and infrastructure through proactive patrols, access management, and maintaining a solid on-site presence.

Your duties typically would be:
Access Control
Monitoring entry and exit points to ensure only authorised personnel are permitted on site.
Foot Patrols
Conducting regular patrols to maintain situational awareness and deter potential threats.
Stakeholder Liaison
Building rapport with Defence personnel, contractors, and visitors while delivering a robust security presence.
Incident Response
Reacting promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious behaviour.
Compliance Monitoring
Ensuring site protocols and Defence security procedures are always followed.
Reporting & Documentation
Accurately recording incidents, shift activities and observations in accordance with site requirements.
