An exciting role is available for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within a busy steel manufacturing facility.
Perfect role for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor with strong people and process management skills.
The Role:
Lead day-to-day production operations
Supervise and support production staff
Coordinate workflow, staffing, and output targets
Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules
Troubleshoot production issues and minimising downtime
Maintain high standards across safety, quality, and housekeeping
About You:
Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or steel production
Strong understanding of steel or sheet metal production
Must have valid Forklift licence




Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment
Robust focus on safety and continuous improvement
