They are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Administration Officer to join their growing team in Smithfield.
About the Role
As the Sales Administration Officer, you will play a key role supporting daily operations by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, handling invoicing, and maintaining accurate system data. You will be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls and email enquiries professionally
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare invoices and maintain accurate documentation




Enter and update customer information within internal systems and CRM platforms
Provide excellent customer service and maintain robust client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requests
Assist with general administration and office support duties
Resolve customer issues and escape where required
Ensure all records and data are maintained accurately
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales administration or customer service roles
Strong phone manner and communication skills
Experience processing customer orders and invoicing
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
