About the Role
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help maintain high clinical standards by:
Supporting the delivery of protected, high-quality resident care




Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to nursing and care teams
Assisting with care planning and clinical documentation
Supporting compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives
Building positive relationships with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and resident centred care
About You
You'll bring:
Bachelor of Nursing
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience working within residential aged care
Previous experience in a senior clinical or leadership role is highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care legislation
Passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional resident outcomes
