Carrington Care in Recent South Wales is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team in a Full Time capacity (8:00am-4:00pm).
Help older clients maintain mobility and quality of life in care and in the community.
You will assess residents, plan care, coordinate reablement programs, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred services.
AHPRA registration and NDIS checks are required; recent grads welcome.
