Randstad is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer in Maroochydore, QLD.
The role is full time and onsite, with standard hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will act as the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, delivering transparent advice and resolving issues across in-person, phone, email and SMS channels while providing essential operational and administrative support to service delivery staff.
