As an Upholsterer, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of premium quality marine products.
This full-time position is based in our up-to-date facility in Murarrie, where you will be responsible for the skilled application of fabrics, padding, upholstery covers and fitting, cabin lining, floor and carpets + canopy and canvas work alongside other materials to create beautifully finished pieces.
We have a positions open in both a Junior and Senior role with apprenticeships available.

What your roll looks like
Cutting, fitting, and securing fabrics, foams,



and other materials according to design specifications
Operating a variety of hand and power tools to complete upholstery tasks
Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows
Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a protected working environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an upholsterer or trimmer.
Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in the upholstery trade
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve production goals
