About the Role

We are looking for experienced Commercial Glaziers, Window Installers, and Architectural Caulkers to join our growing team.

Working across a variety of commercial projects throughout Melbourne, you will be responsible for the installation of aluminium window systems, glazing, façade components, and architectural sealants while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation of commercial aluminium window and façade systems
- Commercial glazing of windows and doors
- Measuring, fitting and installing glass to specification




- Application of architectural caulking, sealants and waterproofing systems
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and construction documentation
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and project specifications
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, builders and other trades
- Delivering quality workmanship with solid attention to detail

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in commercial glazing, aluminium window installation or architectural caulking
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Current Construction Induction (White Card)
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude

Highly Regarded

- Certificate III in Glass & Glazing
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
- Working at Heights Certification
- Dogging or Rigging Tickets
- First Aid Certificate
- MR or HR Truck Licence
