What You’ll Do

- Deliver in‑person training and coaching to cleaning teams in hospitals and aged care homes.
- Introduce and support easy‑to‑use digital tools that boost cleaning performance and confidence.
- Lead audits and retraining using real‑time app‑based systems.
- Help sites roll out our cleaning framework – from initial setup to long‑term success.




- Collaborate with our national team to ensure quality, compliance, and innovation.

Where You’ll Work

Based in VIC with regular interstate and metro travel (2 weeks a month).

Domestic travel to WA, SA & QLD. (May be modified for part‑time role)

You’ll be on‑site regularly — collaborating with teams, seeing real results.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in healthcare, aged care, infection control, cleaning services, or frontline training.
- Robust communicator who enjoys empowering people and improving systems.
- Confident with technology (apps, tablets, or training tools).
- Highly organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
