We're looking for a Casual Delivery & Operations Coordinator to join our team, Monday to Friday, while our current coordinator is away for one month. There is also the potential for an ongoing opportunity for the right person after the cover period

Ideal for a mature, reliable person who enjoys being out on the road rather than sitting behind a desk.

Most deliveries are to our own stores, suppliers and valued regular customers

Temporary Full-Time Cover with Potential Ongoing Opportunity

Training Period: Commencing 10 August 2026

Leave Cover Period: 19 August – 14 September 2026

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly reliable and organised Delivery & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role





This is much more than a delivery role.

You will play a critical part in ensuring products, catering orders and stock move efficiently between our kitchen, suppliers, retail stores and customers. The role requires someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

You will become an important member of our operations team and a key representative of the BLAKEAWAY brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver stock and meals to our retail stores
- Collect daily bakery orders
- Purchase and collect items from supermarkets and specialty suppliers
- Complete catering and corporate deliveries
- Deliver stock to third-party logistics providers
- Complete deliveries to private customers, NDS participants, Support at Home (SaH) clients, aged care clients and other community-based customers
- Assist with store top-ups and stock transfers
- Coordinate with kitchen, packing and retail teams
- Support day-to-day operational requirements as required
- Maintain company vehicles, including fuelling, cleaning and basic vehicle checks

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Extremely reliable.

Comfortable driving around Melbourne.

Happy with physical work.

Professional with older customers and NDS/Support at Home clients.

Looking for stable weekday work (6am–2pm).
