Job Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, service plans, and technical support as issues arise.
- Promote and sell a variety of telecommunications products, including mobile devices, internet plans, and accessories.
- Educate customers on recent products, promotions, and services to enhance their experience.
- Process sales transactions, handle customer accounts, and troubleshoot service-related concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor offerings.




- Ensure the store remains organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is preferred but not required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and connectivity solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
