We are a boutique commercial law firm looking for a motivated law graduate or junior lawyer to join our team in a part-time role supporting the firms principal.

This position is ideal for a law student in their final years of study or a recent graduate seeking practical, hands-on experience in commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders

Provide general legal and administrative support to a partner

Assist with file management and legal correspondence

About You:

Solid interest in commercial law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Able to work independently and manage time effectively, professional attitude and willingness to learn
