We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Yard/Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Banksmeadow , just minutes from Port Botany . This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full time, permanent position directly with our client.

About the Role

As the Yard/Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and yard, ensuring safety, productivity, and efficiency while leading by example.

Shift:

- Monday to Friday
- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Location:

- Banksmeadow, NSW (near Port Botany)

Pay Rate:

- $37.00 - $43.00 per hour + Shift Penalties

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and yard operations.
- Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all loading, unloading, and stock movements are completed accurately.




- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work closely with management to achieve operational targets.

To Be Successful, You Must Have

- Current LF Forklift License (mandatory).
- Exceptional forklift operating skills and experience.
- Previous experience working in warehouse and yard operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and solutions‑focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- The ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Full working rights in Australia.
