About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our growing service team as a Pool Care Professional.

No previous pool industry experience is required.

If you've got the right attitude, a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors, we'll provide the training.

This role offers a great balance of independence, customer interaction, and technical problem-solving. Every day is different, and you'll work with experienced team members who will help you build your skills and confidence.

Your Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn to:

- Service residential swimming pools and spas
- Test and balance pool water
- Diagnose common pool and equipment issues
- Maintain and repair pool equipment
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Represent The Wagga Pool Shop professionally in customers' homes

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic




- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Likes learning new skills
- Communicates well with customers
- Is organised and self-motivated
- Works well independently and within a team
- Holds a current driver's licence

Experience in the pool industry is a bonus, but absolutely not essential.
