COLAS Australia is seeking a Legal Counsel – Corporate M&A; to join its ANZ legal team, based in Macquarie Park.
You will lead and support complex transactions from origination through completion and integration, partnering with senior executives, finance and external advisers.
You will provide practical, business‐focused advice, manage regulatory filings (FIRB/ACCC), and ensure governance alignment across multiple deals while balancing risk and value creation for the Group.
