- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including clearing tables and polishing cutlery.
- Operations: Handle POS transactions and operate reservation software.
- Communication: Coordinate with back-of-house (chefs) regarding orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
