We’re looking forreliable, Food Process Labourers to join awell-established, family-owned business in Heathwood .

Our client has been operating since1992 and is a trusted supplier ofdry blended ingredients, spices, sauces, herbs, marinades and butcher supplies, for the food and meat industry. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their production team .

What’s in It for You:

- Monday to Friday only - no weekend work
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

- Pay Rate: $33.85 per hour
- Friendly, team-focused workplace

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Loading raw materials into mixers following recipe cards
- Weighing, preparing, mixing, blending, bagging, and labelling products
- Working with rubs, dry flavours, herbs, sauces, and meat mixes




- Stacking and palletising finished goods (up to 20kg lifting at times)
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Keeping work areas clean and organised, including between batch cleans
- FollowingHACCP and food safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

- Experiencein food production or processing
- Robust manual handling ability (lifting up to 20kg occasionally)
- Ability to accurately follow recipe cards
- Reliable and committed team players
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Machine operating experience (advantage)
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices an advantage
