National Trust of Queensland is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations across Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Astra Lumina.
You will oversee Ticketing, Guest Services, group arrivals and car park operations while ensuring a seamless, welcoming arrival experience for all guests.
You will coach frontline teams, including volunteers, manage guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Weekend/peak period availability and solid communication are essential.
