The Role

This is a new prospect to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant support the team with administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis in our Institutional Abuse team.

Note:



This is a full-time position

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
- Assisting on all incoming calls
- Drafting basic precedent letters
- Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
- Assisting with client requests
- Payment of invoices

Skills/Experience

- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- dedicated, hard-working and committed
- Technically savvy
- Exceptional client service and phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in personal injury law
