Aman Aged Care is seeking a Care Manager to oversee operational performance and the delivery of person-centred care across our 46-bed residential facility.
You will mentor a team, oversee clinical support, and ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act .
You will champion dignified care, safety, and cultural safety, report on KPIs, and lead continuous improvement while aligning with Islamic principles in our holistic care approach.
