About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant at UFS Healthcare , you will:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries
- Process transactions and sales efficiently
- Monitor and restock inventory to ensure shelves are well-maintained
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Support dispensary operations by receiving prescriptions

This role is based across our Ballarat, Ballan, and Beaufort Pharmacies. We have options for part time or casual.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customer and patients.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
- Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au .




- Previous pharmacy experience and completion of the S2S3 Certification is a strong advantage.
