A unique opportunity exists for a Full time Retail Showroom Assistant at our Wangaratta Showroom . You will have acustomer-centric mindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer! You will be aself-motivated, creative thinker, and seek out new opportunities.
This is a full-time role, with a real work/life balance - Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Your "New" Day to Day:
- Opening and closing the showroom and balancing transactions
- Preparing reports and review sales data, open orders and open quotes
- Actively seeking new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities
- Attending to incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from ILS
- Answer customer calls and emails to resolve issues in a timely andeffective manner
- Providing information to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more…
- Processing quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently
- Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
- Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses
- Following and managing all WHS requirements at a showroom level.
About You:
- You may have a strongRetail background and want to apply your skills in the Allied Health industry.
- You may have studied or worked in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy or Nursing and are looking for a position where you can adapt your knowledge.
- You will be keen togo above and beyond to interact with your community and increase store exposure
- You will have acustomer-centric mindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer!
- You will bewell presented ,professional andcourteous
- You will havefantastic interpersonal skills andlove connecting with people from all walks of life
- Have agenuinedesire to help others with your knowledge and abilities.
- You will have second to noneadministration skills, including the ability toprioritize your time
- You may have SAP experience , which isnot required but is highly valued.
- You will be aself-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities

ILS is an NDIS Provider and therefore all ILS Employees are required to provide Right to Work in Australia. This role will require you to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
