Alternate Care is seeking a full time Foster Care Case Manager to join our Foster Care Team.
This office-based role provides case management support to Foster and Kinship Carers and the children and young people placed in their homes.
Working within a supportive team, the case manager will promote safety, stability and positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
Hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
