Remedy Healthcare in NSW is seeking a Community Remedy Registered Nurse to deliver hospital substitution style care in the Northshore area of Sydney.
The role is permanent part time, 22.5 hours per week, with a 7-day rotating roster during daytime hours.
You will perform in-home assessments, manage medications including IV antibiotics via PICCs, provide complex wound care, and support clients to improve health and wellbeing in their homes and the community.
