At CommBank, we're proud to support regional communities and the businesses that underpin them. We're looking for an Regional Executive to join our Regional & Agribusiness Banking team, based in either Mount Barker or Mount Gambier.

Our Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is dedicated to supporting farming families, producers and agribusinesses across Australia. Through deep industry expertise and robust community connections, we help our customers navigate opportunities, manage challenges and achieve their long-term ambitions.

Working alongside experienced Bankers and Analysts, you'll be part of a team-oriented team committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes and strengthening regional communities.

As a Relationship Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of diversified customers with annual turnovers ranging from $3 million to $10 million. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative banking and financial solutions that help them grow.

You'll develop strong relationships across the agricultural sector and become a trusted point of contact for your customers, while building valuable experience in Agribusiness and commercial banking.

More specifically, you will:

- Support the management and growth of an diversified business customer portfolio.




- Build trusted relationships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their businesses and goals
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting portfolio growth
- Work closely with Product Specialists and Analysts to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Prepare and structure credit submissions and financial analyses
- Contribute to effective risk management and portfolio performance
- Represent CommBank within local agricultural and regional communities

- Experience working with business customers, agricultural enterprises or commercial operations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
