Allied Health Assistant (AHA) – Sprout Speech Therapy
Locations: Eastern Suburbs (Randwick/Bondi) & Bankstown
Sprout Speech Therapy is seeking a warm, organised Allied Health Assistant to support our paediatric clients across the Eastern Suburbs and Bankstown.
About the role
Provide play‐based practice and repetition of therapy goals.
Deliver 1:1 sessions under supervision of our Speech Pathologist.
Follow structured plans, activities, and data‐collection systems.
Support families with home practice and generalisation.
Flexible schedule across both locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
AHA Certificate III/IV or progress in a relevant degree (Speech Pathology, OT, Education, Psychology).




Experience working with children or in disability/NDIS settings.
Robust communication and rapport‐building skills.
Reliable, organised, and confident working independently with transparent guidance.
Valid Working With Children Check.
Current Police Check.
Driver's licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential).
