About the Role: We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our subacute Physiotherapy team based at Kingston Centre in Heatherton on a full-time fixed-term basis (parental leave cover) until June 2027. As a member of Monash Physiotherapy Team, we are committed to working with you to become your professional best.
We offer clinical education sessions, training on the job and career progression to enable you to further develop your clinical and leadership skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy clinical services in the Sub Acute Inpatient setting, managing a varied caseload that includes neurosciences, amputees and orthopaedic diagnoses. As a senior member of the team, you will play an important leadership role to support both the multi-disciplinary teams and the wider Monash Health Physiotherapy workforce.
You will be supported by a Grade 4 Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and a large, dynamic, and forward-thinking Physiotherapy department. You will supervise Grade 1 and 2 Physiotherapists,
whilse also supporting Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students. Beyond clinical care, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader Allied Health leadership and ward governance, take ownership of portfolios within the Physiotherapy department, and collaborate closely with the Operational Physiotherapy Manager on service development and innovation.
While this role is primarily based at the Kingston Centre, applicants may be required to work at any Monash Health site. About Us: Monash Health Physiotherapy is a dynamic service with dedicated, highly skilled physiotherapists.

Your proactive and team player attitude Your strong communication and interpersonal skills Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Experience in the subacute rehabilitation setting
