Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW is seeking an experienced Investigations Officer to investigate, record and resolve escalated, high-complexity or longer-term energy, gas and water complaints, in line with EWON policies.
The role requires solid analytical and communication skills and the ability to apply alternative dispute resolution practices.
You will gather evidence, assess issues and determine fair outcomes, working with consumers and providers.
