About the Role

We're looking for a System Analyst (Service Delivery Manager) to bridge business needs and technical delivery - owning requirements, solution design, and service quality end-to-end across our IT and BI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specs, process flows, and data models

Analyse system architecture, workflows, and integrations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Assess impact, risk, cost, and timelines for system changes and regulatory updates

Partner with development, infrastructure, testing, and support teams to align delivery with governance standards

Lead UAT, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for incidents and problems

Drive Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including testing and TAT reporting to senior management

Manage end-to-end ICT/BI projects - planning, cost estimation, resourcing, and stakeholder communication

Act as SME and liaison between business, IT, and vendor teams





Participate in change/release governance forums to ensure controlled deployments

Deliver training, documentation, and enablement to support adoption of new systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or IT Service Delivery Manager

Strong grasp of system architecture, data flows, and integrations

Experience with requirements gathering, UAT, and functional documentation

ITIL-aligned service delivery knowledge - incident, problem, and change management

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with BCP and governance/risk/compliance practices

Experience developing process models, data models, system documentation and impact assessments

Experience with system testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution and solution implementation

Understanding of ICT change management, release management, security, risk and governance practices

Experience with EPM, connected planning, business intelligence or ERP-integrated solutions is highly regarded

Hands-on track record delivering complex ICT projects for large multinational organisations is a strong plus

Preferred

ITIL v4, CBAP/CCBA, PMP/PRINCE2; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow. Exposure to Anaplan, Jedox, OneStream, BOARD, Workday Adaptive Planning or Power BI is desirable but not mandatory.
