About the role In the position of Team Lead for Business Analysis, you will assist the Senior Manager of Business Analysis in overseeing and guiding the RAC Business Analysis team. Your focus will be on adapting and implementing standard business analysis methodologies to enhance business outcomes. This role is initially offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

What you’ll do

- Oversee the management and execution of analysis for intricate projects.
- Identify, evaluate, implement, and integrate tailored solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams and projects.




- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management software.
- Experience with business intelligence tools is advantageous.
