Calling all tech-savvy leaders, we need a Business Manager!

We are seeking an experienced leader to working across a number of industries in a unique role that will shape our collective set of businesses. Working closely with the CEO, the Business Manager will drive the strategic agenda and will oversee HR, Finance, IT and general business operations, holding responsibility for the Monday.Com systems and reporting for residential sales.

We need someone who is organised, proactive and systems-focused, with experience in delivery high-quality strategic objectives that support the smooth operation and continued growth of our dynamic group of businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a meaningful impact through the implementation of efficient systems and strong operational leadership.

What you will be doing

Driving the strategic plan for the collective businesses.

Managing HR operations.

Accountability for the Collective business systems, workflows, reporting and process improvements.

Supporting sales operations and accountability for effective office processes and reporting.

Responsibility for business compliance, documentation, training and quality management systems.

Preparing reports, analysis and performance summaries.





Providing governance and secretariat functions across the Collective Leadership Team.

Managing a small office team including reception, performance expectations, welfare and training to maintain a seamless internal and external customer experience.

What you bring

5+ years' experience in a strategic business management role.

Experience working with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational objectives.

Experience within the real estate or property management preferred.

Demonstrated robust technical experience with Monday.com or similar business systems.

Demonstrated capability in improving processes through technology and automation.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confidence managing systems, processes and workflows.

Excellent communication skills, team management and the ability to work collaboratively.
