This is an exciting opportunity to influenceorganisation-wide outcomes, partner with leaders across Council and lead aspecialist team dedicated in creating a capable, inclusive and future-readyworkforce.

Why this role is different

As the Organisational Development & Workforce CapabilityLead, you'll play a key role in shaping how we develop our people, strengthenorganisational capability and support high performance across Council.

You'll join a progressive Organisational Development Teamthat partners closely with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and TalentManagement colleagues to deliver integrated, people-centred solutions acrossthe employee lifecycle.

Working with leaders across Council, you'll design anddeliver practical, evidence-based initiatives that strengthen leadershipcapability, workforce capability, employee experience and organisationaleffectiveness. You'll lead a specialist team of Learning Advisors andcontribute to strategic People & Culture priorities that create lastingorganisational impact.

What you'll be doing

- Leadorganisation-wide organisational development, leadership, learning andworkforce capability initiatives.
- Partnerwith leaders to build capability, improve employee experience and supportorganisational performance.
- Shapeand continuously improve frameworks, programs and approaches that help ourpeople and teams thrive.
- Leadand develop a small specialist team while fostering collaboration,innovation and continuous improvement.
- Usedata, insights and evidence-based practice to inform decision-making anddrive meaningful outcomes.

This role is part of Banyule's Leadership Network –you'llhaveopportunities to grow your skills and experience of leadership in a LocalGovernment context and develop your skills as an organisational leader beyondyour role-basedexpertise.

About you





You are a collaborative and values-driven organisationaldevelopment professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practicaldelivery.

You may have experience in organisational development,workforce capability, leadership development, learning and development,employee experience, culture or a related field.

- A permanent full-time opportunity with a monthlyRDO and generous leave entitlements
- Salaryfrom $113,252.44 to $126,351.47 (dependent on experience) per annum plussuper
