The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is recruiting for an APS6 Workforce Planning Manager within the Workforce Australia for Individuals Division. You will oversee a team of Workforce Schedulers and provide strategic leadership in workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling to support frontline contact centres.

You will work with stakeholders across Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, ensuring efficient operation and staff wellbeing in quick-paced environments, with
