What you'll be doing

You’ll lead a large, high-volume finance operations function supported by approximately 15 administration team members, while driving technology, automation and process excellence across the business.

You’ll:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing team through change and growth.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Partner with Technology and Finance to implement smarter systems and workflows.
- Use data to improve productivity, accuracy and performance.
- Build scalable processes that support a growing national business.
- Create a culture of accountability,



continuous improvement and innovation.
- Champion AI, automation and emerging technology wherever they add value.

Who you are

You’re not a traditional finance leader. You’re someone who gets excited by systems, automation, AI and finding smarter ways to work. You love solving problems, challenging legacy processes and bringing people on the journey.

You’ll likely have:

- Experience leading a large, high-volume finance operations or shared services function.
- A passion for technology, AI and digital transformation.
- Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- A commercial mindset and the confidence to influence stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
