This full time, permanent position reports to the CEO and oversees the Area Manager and Development Team, ensuring independent retailers across Tasmania receive practical, coordinated support to strengthen their stores.

You will manage senior stakeholder relationships, drive budget delivery for Member Services and Development, and lead initiatives across the IGA
